Terms of Service

☆ clients are allowed to ☆

  1. Clients are allowed to use commissioned work for personal use.

  2. They can post their commissioned artwork on any social media platform provided with proper credit to the artist.

☆ clients are not allowed to ☆

  1. Clients are NOT ALLOWED to claim the commissioned work as their own.

  2. Clients are not allowed to remove the artist's watermark, as well as sell, redistribute, NFTs, convert to AI, commercialize / profit out of the artwork.

☆ working process ☆

  1. will ask for reference photos and descriptions of desired final work.

  2. Completion may take at least 1-3 weeks. We'll be in contact for updates and feedback.

  3. will allow revisions during sketches, flat colors, and halfway rendered work. costs for extra revisions are observed.

☆ final work ☆

  1. Final artwork will be sent to your email to remove any image compression.

  2. will send a digital soft copy only (in png format, 300 ppi).

  1. Paying full upfront should be observed.

  2. Kindly provide a screenshot or a receipt of the proof of payment.

  3. No refunds or cancellation once I start working on it.

  4. Refunds are only possible if I fail to finish the work due to circumstances or if i have not begun working on it.
